Galaxy Dental Care

The challenge

Healthcare websites often lack interactive booking features, forcing patients to call to schedule appointments, causing long queues and clerical errors. Galaxy Dental Care required a patient-first site where users can view dentists, check real-time doctor availability, and book slots instantly. The clinic needed to support optional online prepayments using local gateways (eSewa and Khalti) and required a dedicated administration portal with metrics to manage schedules and view reports.

Our approach

We developed a public Next.js website featuring a real-time scheduler. Patients can browse doctors, see active availability slots, and book appointments with optional pre-payment using eSewa or Khalti APIs. Behind the scenes, we constructed a custom admin portal for the clinic staff. The dashboard features visual metrics (patient volume, revenue, popular times) and intuitive schedule management tools to update shifts and mark leaves.
