The challenge

Traditional academic websites are often static, text-heavy, and difficult to navigate. Medhavi College needed to stand out in a competitive market by creating a digital experience that mirrors its modern education philosophy. The site had to serve multiple stakeholders—prospective students, parents, current students, and faculty—without sacrificing visual excellence or fast loading times. Additionally, the online enrollment process needed to be friction-free, and the search visibility of their academic programs had to be significantly improved.

Our approach

We built a headless web platform utilizing Next.js for high performance and smooth, fluid animations (GSAP). We designed an intuitive 'Enroll Now' pipeline that guides applicants through the process step-by-step, minimizing drop-offs. To drive organic traffic, we integrated a structured content management system for blogs, academic news, and campus events. The entire system is backed by a headless Wagtail CMS for easy updates by the administration team.
